What is 4D STC?

It is where you place a bet on a 4-digit number of your choosing and sees if you are lucky to win once your number comes up among the 23 winning numbers. You can win up to RM3,500 per RM1 bet.

Rolling the front or back digit of your 4-digit number will generate 10 numbers with the front or back digits of each of the numbers running from 0 to 9, respectively. The choice is yours: to roll the front or back digit of your 4-digit numbers.

Permutation (BOX) Bets
Generate permutations of your favorite 4-digit number. They base the frequency of permutation on the particular number, and the occurrence of digits in it.

What is printed on the 4D Tickets?

Once you have placed a bet, you will then receive a proof of purchase which is called a ticket. Each of the tickets will have the following information and details as proof of your purchase as well.

When is the validity of every ticket purchased?

Winning tickets are valid for up to 6 months from the draw date. Prizes will only be awarded to the person holding the valid winning tickets.

What are the conditions of the winning ticket upon presentation for claiming your prize?

Sandakan Turf Club agent must issue the ticket through any of its authorized gaming terminals and no one else.
The details written on the ticket must be legible and clear. The ticket must be intact as well.
The ticket must be recorded in the company's records before the draw date, and the information on the ticket must be the same with the records written in the company's computer records.
Tickets should pass all company's security checks.
The ticket must satisfy the requirements for a valid winning ticket as outlined in the company's rules and regulations.

What are the criteria for refusal of winning 4D Tickets

A ticket that has been altered, defaced, torn, tampered with, or mutilated in any way will cause its refusal.
If they have recorded the ticket in the company's computer records as canceled.
If the ticket has already been awarded a prize by the company or any agents of the company at any given time.

How to take care of your 4D Tickets?

Keep your tickets in a dry place. There should be no moisture in the place where you are going to store your ticket. Keep it free from dirt and dust as well, so that the ticket will not be soiled or dirty if and when you win and need to show it to get your winnings.
Sometimes those who place their bets will put their ticket on their clothing and may tend to forget it and had it washed. The ticket may no longer be legible afterward.
Make sure that you will not fold it, bend it, crumple, or expose it to heat. Ensure that you have placed your ticket in a safe place and there are stories of winning tickets that got washed and ironed. If your ticket got soaked in the water you can dry it but it may no longer be readable and what they are written on your ticket may no longer be legible.
Torn tickets may be subject to the approval of officers if the parts are available and crucial information is intact and readable. They will only pay prizes to holders of tickets that are legible and must meet the requirements for winning tickets first. If the ticket is excessively torn and is no longer saveable and not readable, the officers may have a hard time proving you win the bet.
If there is no ticket, there is no way to claim your winnings as you must have your ticket with you when you claim your prize. It is how they will validate if you indeed won the 4D STC draw and you deserve the prize.
It is always of utmost importance to keep your ticket where it is safe and easy for you to find. It should not be placed where you can forget it or it can be thrown carelessly.

What are the Draw Days for 4D STC?

There are 3 regular draws every week, which is on Wednesday, Saturday, and also on Sunday.
There are also Special Draws but can only happen with the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
They hold draws at 7:00 pm sharp (Malaysian Local Time).

How are 4D STC draws conducted?

Every 4D draws are conducted by delegated officers from Everise Ventures and are always in full view of the general public. The public can see the draw live at every draw date stated.
They draw the 4D numbers with the use of mechanically controlled and transparent drum, where numbered balls are picked one by one and in any order. There is no human contact the whole time to ensure the highest care and quality of the draws.
The mechanically controlled drum is rotated thoroughly to make sure that the numbered balls are jumbled and mixed so that there is an equal chance of each ball to be drawn.
Any individual that is 21 years and above can witness the draw at the designated time.

Where are the Draw Venues of the 4D STC game?

Draw venue is at Number 12, Jalan Tugu, Kampung Air, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They conduct the 4D draws on the day of the draw which you can also see on your tickets. Draw time is at 7 pm sharp. The draws are open to the general public.

How are the prizes awarded?

Prizes will only be given and awarded to the person claiming the winnings if he/she has a valid winning ticket. The ticket must meet all the conditions first before they can claim their winnings. Prizes below RM12,500.00 can be claimed at any of the 40 Sandakan Turf Club 4D agents. Prizes that are above RM12,500.00 can only be claimed at the mentioned address above.

How soon can you claim the prize after the draw?

You can immediately claim your prize on the nearest business day after the draw.
You should have your winning ticket with you when you go to any outlet or to the principal office to claim your ticket.
Bring any identification with you, such as company ID, your passport, or License.
You must be the one to collect your prize money as it avoids any fraudulent acts from being committed by having someone else claim your winnings.
If you won a prize up to RM2,200.00, you can claim it in cash. Anything above will be paid to you in a cheque.
It is allowed to request for cash instead of a check as long as the amount in the outlet where you are claiming your prize has readily available cash.
Prizes are valid for claiming only within six months after the draw date, they consider any prizes unclaimed after that duration forfeited.
